Sweet Lassi Recipe

This is a natural digestion enhancer, this light yogurt drink is flavored with soothing rose water and cardamom.


  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 Tbs. sugar
  • 1 drop rose water
  • 1/4 tsp. cardamom

Pour 2 cups water into medium bowl. Add yogurt, sugar, rose water, and cardamom. Whisk until frothy.
